We currently deliver to select serviceable locations. Delivery availability may vary based on your address and delivery partner coverage.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order placement. While we make every effort to meet these timelines, delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing
All orders are prepared fresh upon confirmation. Once your order has been accepted and prepared, it will be dispatched for delivery.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Failed Deliveries
If the customer is unavailable at the delivery location or provides incorrect delivery details, S Se Samosa reserves the right to cancel the order without any refund or replacement.
Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before food preparation has begun. Once an order enters the preparation stage, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, customers will be informed promptly.
Modification of Orders
Requests for order modifications will be accommodated only if the order has not yet entered the
preparation stage.
Refund Policy
At S Se Samosa, all products sold are freshly prepared food items.
At S Se Samosa, all food items are freshly prepared and are perishable in nature. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and prepared.
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged order, or face a genuine quality issue, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with relevant details. After verification, S Se Samosa may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or another suitable resolution.
No refunds will be provided for:

Change of mind after placing the order.

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Partially consumed food items.
